We also use Google Analytics, which monitors details of your visits to our website and the content that you access, however this data is not used to identify you personally.
How will the information be used?
The information we collect, is used to allow us to provide our services to you, and to meet any contractual commitments.
Your personal data will be held for as long as you remain a customer and thereafter where retention is necessary to enable us fulfil our legal and regulatory requirements. Financial transactions will be retained for 6 years to comply with HMRC regulations.
Storage & Security of Data
All of our computers are password protected, with up to date virus software. Additionally laptops are encrypted.
Data is stored in the cloud on Microsoft One Drive, Apple iCloud, Intuit Quickbooks and Dropbox.
Your Rights to Access and Control your Personal Data
We want to make sure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you and to ask us to correct or remove any data that you believe is inaccurate. Normally we will comply with your request to remove your data, unless the need to retain this data is overridden by a legal requirement such as for taxation purposes, in which case we might have to decline your request.
